科学研究：
1. 作为骨干人员全程参加家蚕基因组框架图的构建；

2. 鉴定了家蚕胚胎发育过程中的基因调控级联以及homeobox基因家族；成功对家蚕的AbdB和abd A基因进行了干涉；对家蚕不同品种黄红茧的色素种类及含量进行了鉴定和检测分析；鉴定了家蚕和赤拟谷盗的类胡萝卜素加氧酶（BmNinaB and TcNinaB）并对其功能进行了研究，发现该酶对类胡萝卜素的加氧裂解和异构功能是保守的，同时还揭示该酶参与蛹期及成虫期生殖系统的发育调控。发表论文20余篇，参加编写专著2部。

2. 主持国家自然基金面上项目“乳酸菌SL001对AD模型小鼠胆固醇代谢及Aβ生成的影响及作用机制研究”（No. 31670123），60万元，2017.01-2020.12，已结题;

3. 主持国家自然科学基金项目“家蚕锈色茧突变基因Rc的鉴定及茧色调控机制研究”(No. 31000035)，已结题；

4. 主持重庆市自然科学基金项目家蚕丝素重链基因（fib H）转录调控因子—同源异型盒（homeodomain）蛋白的鉴定及其调控机制研究（cstc2018BB1093），已结题。

5. 另外，主研和参研了多项国家自然科学基金、863课题及省部级项目。
