主要科研领域及方向:

1. 植物内生菌学。研究植物内生菌种群分布与植物生长状况及宿主植物抗病抗逆性之间的关系。探究利用植物内生菌防治植物病害、促进植物生长、增强宿主植物对生物及非生物胁迫的抗性,进而揭示相关作用机制,以期为植物病害绿色防控,及脆弱生态系统植被修复提供新策略。

2. 应用微生物学。探究微生物自然界物质循环中的作用。从根际土壤、昆虫肠道及多种环境中筛选纤维素酶、淀粉酶及脂肪酶等物质的高产菌株,并利用不同微生物协同处理生物质原料,促进其高效利用及资源再生。
